Coverage & use

What coverage does Ultra provide?
Up to about 3,000 sq ft — the whole-home model for smoke, heavy odor, or larger floor plans. For a single bedroom, office, bathroom, or car, see SafeAir™ Mini X2 (up to 650 sq ft).

Is it okay around kids and pets?
SafeAir is designed for home use. Follow the user guide: use the recommended level for occupied rooms by size. For heavy odor jobs, run a higher setting with the room empty, then return to the occupied setting. Keep units out of reach of young children; do not let pets chew cords. This is not medical advice and is not a disease treatment.

Pets and dander / pet smell?
Ultra is commonly chosen for pet odor and households that want purification that reaches soft surfaces (beds, rugs, upholstery), not only the air above them. Results vary with load, airflow, and how long odors have been embedded.

Do I still need HEPA filters?
Ultra does not use replaceable HEPA/carbon filters. There is no filter subscription. It is a different approach than a filter-only purifier.

How fast will odors improve?
Cooking and bin smells often improve overnight. Embedded smoke or long-standing pet odor in fabrics can take several days to a couple of weeks of consistent use. Always start with the guide's settings for your space size.
