EcoInnovations offers free US shipping on eligible orders.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

If a package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact eco.innovations9@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

30-day money-back trial: If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at eco.innovations9@gmail.com for return instructions before sending an item back. Items should be returned in reasonable condition with original components and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to the original payment method. Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns after 30 days, or items damaged by misuse or missing essential parts, may not qualify for a refund.
