By using this website or placing an order with EcoInnovations, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

EcoInnovations is an authorized reseller of EcoWasher® and SafeAir® products. Products are manufactured by EcoInventions. Purchases on this site are contracts with EcoInnovations.

Orders

Prices are shown in USD. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. You will be notified at the email used at checkout.

Returns

Returns follow our Refund policy: 30 days from delivery, unused/reasonable condition with all original parts and packaging, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product (EcoWasher SE and Pro: 1 year with registration; EcoWasher EXL: 2 years with registration; SafeAir Ultra: 1 year with proof of purchase, as published by EcoInventions). Register at https://www.ecoinventions.com/register.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, EcoInnovations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Some states do not allow these limits.
