Refund policy

EcoInnovations is an authorized EcoWasher® and SafeAir® reseller. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in reasonable condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging. Contact us at eco.innovations9@gmail.com for return instructions before sending an item back.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns requested after the 30-day period, or items damaged due to misuse or missing essential parts, may not qualify for a refund.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
